· Assisted more than 80 humanitarian entrants to settle in Sydney, Australia and exited from Integrated Humanitarian Settlement Strategy services and referred to post-IHSS services during 25th September 2009 to March 2011 working as case coordinator in ACL IHSS (Navitas English).
